Meet & Plan
After contacting Chef Jaycee, an initial phone call will be scheduled. This phone call is for you to get to know Chef Jaycee and for Chef Jaycee to get to know you. Chef Jaycee will provide you with all the information you need regarding the Chef Jaycee Experience and ask several questions about your event and about your likes and dislikes to get ideas to craft the perfect menu.
Finalize Menu
Chef Jaycee will use the information provided during the initial phone call to create a menu and send it to you to review. See something you don’t like? No worries, Chef Jaycee will make as many tweaks as needed until you have a menu you are ecstatic about. Once the menu is finalized and you decide you’re ready to book with Chef Jaycee, an easy-to-read itemized invoice will sent for you to sign and return.
Final Prep Meeting
Communication is key. Within two days before your event, Chef Jaycee will schedule a phone call to go over final event details and answer any outstanding questions you may have. Chef Jaycee will talk through any of your worries to ensure you fully enjoy the experience on the day of the event. After confirming the details, Chef Jaycee will go grocery shopping for all of the ingredients needed.
Event Day
Chef Jaycee will arrive to your event location two hours before guests arrive to begin cooking. While you are focused on last minute details and entertaining your guests, you can rest assured that Chef Jaycee will plate and serve delicious, picture worthy courses and return your kitchen to the state it was in when he arrived.
Menu Creation
Chef Jaycee offers three dinner party packages based on the protein chosen for your entree — Diamond, Gold, and Silver. All packages include four courses: an appetizer (2 for Diamond and Gold, 1 for Silver), a salad, an entree, and a dessert.
